What verification means
A verification badge tells you that ImmoCam24 checked one specific fact about an advertiser, on the date shown. It is not a guarantee about the property or the advertiser.
What we check
- E-mail confirmed: the advertiser opened a confirmation link sent to their e-mail address.
- Phone confirmed: the advertiser confirmed a code sent to their phone number.
- Identity checked: a member of our staff compared an official identity document with the advertiser's details.
- Business registration checked: a member of our staff checked the registration document of the agency or developer.
A check by our staff is valid for a limited time: 24 months for an identity check, 12 months for a business registration check. When it ends, or if our staff withdraw it, the badge is no longer shown. A phone confirmation ends when the advertiser changes the number.
What we do not check
We do not verify who owns a property, and we do not verify land titles or building permits. No badge on ImmoCam24 means that the advertiser owns the property or has the right to rent or sell it. We also do not check that the photos, the price or the description are accurate.
