How results are ordered

ImmoCam24 shows only listings that are live: published, not expired, and not marked rented or sold. We never add sample or unrelated properties to fill a page.

The order "Relevance"

When you sort by relevance, results are ordered by these rules, in this order:

1. When you search with keywords, only listings that contain every word in their title, type of property, location or nearby landmark are shown, and those whose title contains the first word come first.
2. Listings with more complete information come next: photos, sizes and number of bedrooms, location on the map, a title and description in both English and French, amenities, and availability or furnishing.
3. Then the most recently published or renewed listings.

Nobody can pay to change this order. "Featured" listings appear only in the labelled section of the homepage, never higher in your results.

Other orders

You can also sort by newest, or by price from low to high or high to low. Listings with the price "on request" are always shown after the listings with a price.

Prices and rents

All prices are in CFA francs (XAF). When you filter rentals by price, only rents for the period you chose (for example per month) are compared, so a yearly rent is never mixed with a monthly one.
