Advertise a property

Rent out or sell a property in Cameroon to people looking in English and in French. Basic listings are free in this release.

Who can advertise

• Owners who rent out or sell their own property. You do not need a company or an agency.
• Agents, for themselves or for their agency.
• Developers, including new developments, with the delivery status you state.

What you need

• Rent or sale, and the type of property.
• The city and the neighbourhood, or a landmark nearby. You choose how precisely the location is shown.
• The price, or "price on request"; for a rental, the rent period and any advance rent, deposit and charges.
• A title and a description, in English, in French or in both.
• At least one photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP).

You can save a draft at any step and finish it later. You see your listing exactly as visitors will before you send it.

How listings are checked

Listings from advertisers whose identity or business registration our staff have checked (for an agency listing, the agency's registration) are usually published at once and reviewed afterwards. Other listings are reviewed by a moderator before they are shown, and so is a listing that may duplicate another one, or whose advertiser has a report open against them. If a listing is refused, you are told why and can correct it. A significant change to a live listing follows the same rules.

How long a listing stays online

A listing stays online for 60 days. We remind you by e-mail a week before it ends, and you can renew it in one click from "My listings" during that last week or after it has expired. When the property is rented or sold, mark it so: it leaves the search results at once.
